Large Ruffled Cylinder Vase - White Clay

The large ruffled cylinder vase in natural white clay is one of the most sculptural piece in the Ruffle Fold Collection. This dense, all-over mass of interweaved folded clay reads as coral or botanical form depending on the light. Unglazed and raw, the natural off-white clay surface shifts subtly across every fold and edge. At 27cm tall and 17cm wide, it sits tall to hold presence on a console or table as a sculptural object first, vase second. The sculptural ceramic vase is waterproof to hold water.
