This oversized ruffled contoured vase has a striking sculptural form of interweaved folds.

The recent body of work focuses on sculptural vases, shaped with ruffled folds and wave-like contours, capturing a sense of rhythm, motion and quiet energy.

The oversized hand-built cylinder vase is unglazed; this raw natural clay colour (off-white) has been scored with vertical lines underneath the ruffled 'pom-pom' top. The natural clay edges and folds helps accentuate the natural ruffles edges in a contemporary look.

Dimensions 40cm tall by 27cm diameter and is one of a kind.
